Rooted in Morgan will guide long-term growth, investment, and development while setting a five-year action plan to work towards this vision. This comprehensive plan will influence how our communities evolve by aligning priorities for land use, housing, infrastructure, community facilities, transportation, economic development, open space, and other elements that affect daily life across the county.

We are requesting your participation in this statistically valid public survey. Your response ensures that the results of this survey truly reflect the voices and experiences of people from across the county, not only those who typically attend public meetings. By participating, you will contribute to a plan rooted in real community insight and diverse perspectives. We need your input!

This confidential survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Responding to each question as accurately as possible is important. Please complete your survey within the next two weeks.

Morgan County is working with TSW, a local Georgia-based planning firm to develop the plan and ETC Institute, a national firm specializing in local government research, to compile and analyze the survey data. This is included in the cost of the comprehensive planning contract with TSW and does not require any additional public funds. The results of this survey and a complete final report will be available this summer on the project website: rootedinmorgan.com, where you can also learn more about the project.
